## Documentation Rollout

### Phase 1 (current)

- Fill existing docs routes with full landing + README + launch content
- Add local video embeds and launch social proof assets
- Expand command and workflow coverage for immediate usability

### Phase 2

- Reorganize into explicit Divio quadrants:
  - tutorials
  - how-to guides
  - reference
  - explanation
- Keep migration-friendly routing for existing URLs during transition

### Phase 3

- Prune excessive content based on reader behavior and support questions
- Normalize page density and remove repeated sections
- Harden page-level SEO metadata and search intent targeting

## Product and Documentation Themes

- Better connector management guidance (BYOK evolution)
- More large-diff handling examples
- Deeper team adoption patterns and metrics examples
- Additional troubleshooting and edge-case recipes

## Open Questions to Track

- Best default policy for `skip` in team contexts
- Recommended thresholds for high-risk changes
- How to communicate false-positive handling without reducing trust
